At Illunise, we strive to provide reliable and secure money transfer services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting a refund.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Transaction failed due to technical error on our platform
  • Duplicate charges for the same transaction
  • Transaction cancelled before processing is complete
  • Recipient account information was incorrect and funds were not delivered
  • Service was not delivered as described

Important: Refunds are not available once funds have been successfully delivered to the recipient.

Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days from the date of approval. The actual time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

  • Credit/Debit Card: 7-14 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days
  • Digital Wallet: 3-5 business days

Service Fees

Transaction fees are non-refundable unless the transaction failure was caused by an error on our part. In cases where a refund is issued, the original transaction amount will be refunded, but processing fees may not be included unless the error was due to Illunise.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team via email or phone
  • Provide your transaction ID and account details
  • Explain the reason for your refund request
  • Include any supporting documentation (screenshots, receipts, etc.)

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with a decision.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent, please contact us immediately. We recommend working directly with Illunise to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider.

Chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional investigation. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that are not valid.
