Cancellation Policy

Important Notice

This policy governs the cancellation of transactions on Illunise Money Transfer, a live financial service platform. Please read carefully before initiating any transaction.

1. Introduction

Illunise Money Transfer provides real money transfer services, enabling users to send and receive funds domestically and internationally. All transactions processed through our platform involve actual monetary transfers through authorized banking and payment partners. This is not a demo, simulation, or mock service.

2. Transaction Initiation

When a user initiates a transfer through Illunise Money Transfer and confirms payment:

  • The transaction is immediately submitted to our processing system
  • Payment confirmation triggers instant processing protocols
  • Funds are committed and forwarded to our banking and payment partners
  • Transaction details become binding upon confirmation

3. Cancellation Window

Transactions cannot be cancelled after successful initiation or processing. Once a transfer has been confirmed and payment has been received, the transaction enters an irreversible state and cancellation is not possible.

4. Pending Transactions

Cancellation may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:

  • The transaction is in a "pending" status and has not yet been processed
  • The transaction has not been forwarded to our banking or payment partners
  • No commitment has been made to the recipient or receiving institution

Even in pending status, cancellation is not guaranteed and will be subject to verification and approval by Illunise Money Transfer.

5. Non-Cancellable Transactions

The following transactions are strictly non-cancellable under all circumstances:

Completed Transactions

Transactions that have been successfully processed and delivered to the recipient

Successful Transactions

Transfers confirmed as successful by our banking or payment partners

Failed Transactions

Transactions that have failed due to technical or validation errors (refunds will be processed as per our refund policy)

6. System or Technical Issues

In the event of system failures, technical errors, or platform malfunctions that result in erroneous transactions, Illunise Money Transfer will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. Such reviews will be conducted by our technical and compliance teams and may require:

  • Detailed documentation of the technical error
  • Transaction logs and system records
  • Verification from our banking or payment partners
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements

Approval of cancellation is not guaranteed and remains at the sole discretion of Illunise Money Transfer.

7. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all transaction details before confirmation, including but not limited to:

  • Recipient name, account number, and contact information
  • Transfer amount and currency
  • Payment method and source account details
  • Purpose of transfer and any required reference codes

Illunise Money Transfer is not liable for user errors in entering transaction information. Users must verify all details before final confirmation.

8. Right to Refuse Cancellation

Illunise Money Transfer reserves the absolute and unconditional right to refuse any cancellation request once transaction processing has begun. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:

  • The transaction has been forwarded to banking or payment partners
  • Funds have been debited from the sender's account
  • The recipient has been notified of incoming funds
  • Regulatory or compliance requirements prevent cancellation
  • Cancellation would violate agreements with partner institutions

9. Policy Updates

This Cancellation Policy may be updated, modified, or amended at any time without prior notice, in accordance with:

  • Changes in regulatory or legal requirements
  • Operational needs and business considerations
  • Partnerships with banking and payment service providers
  • Industry best practices and compliance standards

Users are advised to review this policy periodically. Continued use of Illunise Money Transfer services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
